Walnut Triple Sec Balls

These are a favourite on our holiday sweets platter!


INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Put vanilla wafers in food processor. Process until fine crumbs. Add nuts, and process until nuts are finely chopped and mixed in with crumbs. Add corn syrup. Process. Add liqueur. Process until well mixed (dough will probably amass into one solid ball).

Let set for a few minutes (makes it easier to work with).

Put some powdered sugar (sifted) in a bowl. Coat hands with powdered sugar, and pinch off a walnut-sized piece of dough. Roll into a ball, and then roll in the powdered sugar to coat. Allow to dry, and then store in fridge.
